1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "apiso," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the apiso platform and its operating entity, a Philippine-facing online gaming operator functioning within the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the apiso platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the apiso website at apiso.net, all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated gaming software, wallet systems, and account management tools.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the apiso platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in your apiso Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), from which gameplay wagers are deducted and to which winnings and withdrawals are credited.
• "Games" refers to all gaming content available on the apiso platform, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, virtual sports, and RNG table games.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Verification" refers to the mandatory identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document prior to full account activation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and apiso with respect to your use of the platform. By accessing the apiso platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding legal agreement.

If you are accessing the apiso platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance on their behalf.

apiso reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The apiso platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and the regulatory standards set by PAGCOR. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The apiso platform is intended for players residing in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the apiso platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. apiso makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an apiso account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID) for identity verification.
• Create a unique username and a secure password for your account.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active apiso account. The registration or operation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. apiso reserves the right to close all accounts found to be in violation of this rule and to void any associated balances or winnings.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apiso account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. apiso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your apiso account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered information changes — including your residential address, contact number, or linked payment details — you must update your account information promptly. apiso reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify apiso support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. apiso may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

4.4 Account Verification

apiso may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification requirements are consistent with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apiso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted payment methods is always available on the apiso platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the apiso wallet interface. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at apiso's discretion. Players are encouraged to review applicable limits before initiating any transaction.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the apiso platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at applicable exchange rates, with any conversion fees borne by the player.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• apiso reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR AML obligations.

5.5 Processing Times

apiso endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method, verification status, and applicable review procedures. Estimated processing times are provided within the wallet interface and are indicative only.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

apiso may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. These specific terms will be clearly stated at the point of each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your apiso wallet are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

apiso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or used any systematic method to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. Accounts found to have engaged in promotional abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 Single Bonus Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's wallet at any given time. Players must satisfy the wagering requirements of any existing bonus before a new bonus can be activated.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the apiso platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, virtual sports, and RNG table games — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, apiso reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the staked amounts to the relevant player wallets. apiso is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all apiso games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted by trained dealers. apiso does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are available within each game's information panel.

7.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with apiso support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round concluding. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. apiso's decision on disputed game results, following review of available game logs and technical records, is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apiso platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer games or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploit must be reported to apiso support immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the apiso platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apiso staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the apiso platform without express written authorization.

9 Responsible Gaming

apiso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. apiso provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings following login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your apiso wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the apiso platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the apiso platform — including but not limited to the apiso name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of apiso or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the apiso platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the apiso platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of apiso's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, apiso, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the apiso platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond apiso's reasonable control.
• Decisions made based on information or content displayed on the platform.
• Any game outcome, including outcomes resulting from certified RNG systems operating correctly.

apiso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your apiso wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit apiso's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your apiso account at any time by contacting apiso support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.

12.2 Termination by apiso

apiso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if apiso determines, in its reasonable judgment, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws or PAGCOR regulations, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your license to use the apiso platform is immediately revoked. apiso reserves the right to retain transaction records, game logs, and account data as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data retention obligations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. apiso and the player agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply in addition to, and not in substitution of, the provisions of this section.

14 Amendments

apiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apiso will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apiso platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
